Firstly, I strongly recommend that you should choose the house has a spacious living room
Cuz, easy to build conversation with other residents
Living room is a only space which residents can spend time with others.
It is not too much to say that the relationship between residents is brought about from living room.
Living room = the main feature of share-house
・Try to choose share-house has spacious Living room
Good share-house has a large TV and sofa
in addition to the spacious living room, being equipped with wide TV and large sofa is very important to be share-house life fun.
Because, that space can create communication with share mates.
Also watching Netflix, Playing video games…
The share-house a sofa in the living room which we can have a seat with guys could enjoy.

Good share house has a wide refrigerator
The size of refrigerator is also key point to choose a good share-house.
It is normal that we share one refrigerator with others, in a nutshell, people need to put their things on each rack (If the refrigerator is small, not enough space to put something you want on there)

in a traditional share-house, residents need to clean the room and open space by themselves,
however, some share-house which tend to outsource cleaning is increasing so far.
so, I recommend you should check whether the share-house outsource cleaning or not.
also,you need to check whether the share-house has a some rule like bringing trash can to the warehouse by themselves or not.
Because outsourcing cleaning service + house role proves that the share-house keep cleaned well.

Good share-house has thick walls between rooms
Finally, you need to check this point.
・Outer wallwall
・Between next rooms
if the outer wall is thin, it could be a problem for you to live a life such as sounds from car moving,
and the wall between next rooms is thin, you would hear others chatting and also your chatting would be heard by others

・doors and windows closed thoroughly, check whether you can hear any sounds from outside or next room.
・Bang the wall between your room and next, then check the noise level.
