Click the language label, n you can change your native language（Japanese/English/Chinese/French/Korean）

Make your acconunt

Click the “dashboard” tab n next, “Oak member registration ”

Fill in all the necessary items on the application form

You will get a message soon that you’ve done registration via your email address.

The message also has password which you need to log-in!!

Next, you need to log-in with password is attached on email.

“Find a house”, you can search by some ways like here below↓↓

I think “Map search” is so convenient, caz you can find any houses printed on map

Use “search filter” smartly

You can easily find a matched house you like with search filter such as “rent money” “room type” “basket coat”

You can chack details of the house on the house list, sooo convenient.

The room may be contracted immediately by others, if you find a good house, then order a preliminary inspection right now!!!!

Make a reservation for viewing the room

Click “select viewing date”, you can confirm viewing date

Choose a vacant date on the list

Confirm an email you’ve got

once your reservation done, you will get a mail

it contains

・the viewing date n time

・address of the house

・the meeting spot

・staff’s name n phone number

I can know the staff’s name and phone number in advance, it’s so secure.

it is recommended to those who cannot make time for pre-inspection. if you find any preferred house later, it is just that you can change to a new one and move into again. you don’t need to pay additional contraction fee anymore.
